Refund Policy

D.R.E. provides a 30-day refund policy on defective merchandise, beginning at the time of order placement. If you exceed 30 days from purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellations

If for some reason you need to cancel your order. Please, do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Send us an email at info@damascusroadexperience.org stating that you wish to cancel your order.

To be eligible for a refund on defective merchandise, your t-shirt must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unwashed. Items that are worn or washed will not be refunded. If the t-shirt is faulty due to a manufacturing error, please email a photo and a short description of the issue to info@damascusroadexperience.org. To complete your return, we require the order number from your invoice. Then mail your return to:

If you order a t-shirt and it is the wrong size, we will not refund or exchange your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@damascusroadexperience.org.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that D.R.E. will receive your returned item.
